Who am I?
I love to tell stories. I love to read them and to see them performed on stage and on screen. And on a canvas or photographic paper. I love how they transport you to a different country, a different world, a different reality. To feel the breeze of an incoming thunderstorm in the Pacific Islands, or that thrill of not know what's behind a creaking door. And everything without having to leave your couch. I also love to teach.
And to learn. Always studying, looking for new and exciting knowledge. From history to science, from biology to math. Anything and everything excites me. What makes us, us? Why? Always ask why.
I learn. I teach. I study. I observe. I think. Sometimes, I overthink. Then I realize I am overthinking. I meditate. I speak. Only when I think it is needed. Not always right. I try to not get things wrong. And I learn more. Repeat. Respect. Inspect & Adapt. Kaizen, a bit of Kaikaku, and every once in a while, Kakushin. In the Shu-Ha-Ri spectrum, I am all over the place. It depends on the subject; it depends on the perspective. Don't call me a guru. I don't like it. Call me by my name, no acronyms, degrees, or certifications attached.
